This journey started with a simple goal—to bring real Chicago pizza to Florida. I grew up on deep dish and thin crust pies from back home, and I missed those flavors here in Fort Myers. So, I decided to bring them with me.

At Baked, our mission is simple—bring real Chicago flavor to Florida with honesty, heart, and hard work. We’re not trying to be fancy. We just want to serve food that means something, that tastes like home to those who know, and feels like a great find to those who don’t.
